Convention FAQs
There will be live streams at the top of the page and community chat window, as well as workshops on the Zoom platform. You can only get access to these by registering and logging in for the event.
Although mobile devices will work fine for Do It Together, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer for the best overall experience. You may find yourself using the Zoom app, looking at a PDF in Acrobat, and also taking notes in your favorite notes application during the workshop and using a desktop or laptop provides the best flexibility for this.
To participate in the convention, you will need a fast internet connection. If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, you may find that connecting it to your modem or router, using an ethernet cable, will provide you the fastest internet connection.
If you are using a mobile device, please check your cell signal or WiFi signal to make sure you are getting the best connection possible.
The Zoom application is required for all workshop tracks. A Zoom account is not required to use the Zoom application.

We are sad you won't be able to attend! However, we will not be able to process you a refund. But don't worry, you can still access the workshops after the event is over. We plan to process the workshop recordings and post them here for 90 days so you can come back here, login, and take in each workshop at your own pace.

Absolutely! We will have it posted for up to 90 days, accessible only via login to all registrants. However, it will take us a couple of months to process all the recorded workshops.
