2022 Advisory FAQs

Registration is required to attend all Advisory and Ministry Hangouts. Ministry Hangouts are open access areas where you will join other like-minded leaders.

Zoom is the platform we are using for the entire event. Zoom accounts are not required to attend, but the Zoom application is required. Zoom links are only accessible on the event page for logged in registrants only.

It depends. If you need tech support during the event, all you have to do is log in and submit a support question/issue in the chat embedded on the event page. There is someone there that can assist you for event-related questions.

If you can't login for some reason, your username is the email you used to sign up with.

If you forgot your password, reset it at the login page. Go to the menu on the top right and click login. Then select the green "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the login window. Follow the prompts and instructions.

If you reset your password, make sure you check your spam folder if you don't see the reset email. Your password email reset should come within 10 minutes at the most.
